If you change your mind, you may return your purchase to us within 30 days of the date you received it, no questions asked.

You just need to provide:

•Proof of Purchase
•The item is in re-saleable condition including that: - It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories; - It is unused and in its original condition In this case, buyer will pay for return shipping.

DAMAGES

If an item has been damaged in transit, please take photos or video clearly showing the damage and contact us as soon as possible via social.tras@tramontina.com or send us a message bellow. We will do everything we can to fix the issue as quickly as possible.
